Visit a counter
Two of them, roughly fifteen kilometres apart. Palayam is the main counter in the middle of the city. Kazhakuttam is the one to use if you are building anywhere out towards Technopark, Kariavattom or Attingal.
Bring your dimensions. Cabinet internal width and depth, door thickness, opening size, duct route. It is the difference between an answer and a guess.

Everything we sell is a mechanism. A runner either glides at full extension under load or it does not, and no photograph will tell you which. Both counters have the range on working display boards.
