Height-adjustable desks and ergonomic seating. Trivandrum has a very large number of people working long days at a screen, a good share of them at Technopark or from a room at home that was never designed for it.
Choosing well
A chair that lets you sit with feet flat and roughly two fingers of clearance behind the knee is doing most of the ergonomic work. Lumbar shape, armrest articulation and headrests help, but a chair with twelve adjustments and a seat that is too deep for you is still the wrong chair.
The benefit of a height-adjustable desk comes from changing posture through the day. If the mechanism is slow or awkward, nobody changes it and the desk becomes an expensive fixed one. Try the adjustment before you buy and see whether you would honestly bother.
A foam-backed chair in an unairconditioned Trivandrum room in April is genuinely unpleasant by mid-afternoon. Mesh backs breathe, and here that is a practical consideration rather than a preference.
Asked at the counter
Ask at the counter. Delivery depends on the item and the destination, and we will tell you plainly what is possible rather than promise it first.
Yes, that is what the showroom is for. A chair is worth ten minutes of sitting before you decide.
Two counters in Trivandrum
Everything we sell is a mechanism. A runner either glides at full extension under load or it does not, and no photograph will tell you which. Both counters have the range on working display boards.

The Technopark-side counter, first floor of the Thunduvilakam building opposite Kazhakuttam police station. Closer if you are building anywhere from Sreekaryam out to Kariavattom, Attingal or Technocity.
