What we collect from you

Only what you send us. If you fill in the trade account form or the directory form, we get the fields you typed. If you call or message on WhatsApp, we have your number and the conversation. We do not run accounts, we do not sell anything online, and we take no payment through this website.

Why we hold it

To answer you, to quote you, and to keep a record of a purchase so a warranty claim can be made later. We do not sell or rent contact details to anyone, and we do not pass enquiries to the architects and designers in our directory.

The directory, which is the unusual part

This site publishes a directory of architecture and interior design practices working in Trivandrum. Every detail in it was read from a page the firm publishes about itself, and each entry shows the source URL and the date we read it. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, personal data a person has themselves made publicly available is exempt, and that is the basis on which the directory operates.

We do not take directory data from Google, Justdial, Sulekha, Houzz, IndiaMART or any other aggregator, and we do not publish a personal mobile number that a firm has not published as a business contact.

Any firm can have its entry corrected or removed by asking, with no account and no reason required. Removals are actioned within seven days. Use the directory form or contact either counter.

Measurement and cookies

If analytics are enabled on this site, they record which pages are visited and which contact buttons are used, in aggregate. We set no advertising cookie of our own. Embedded Google Maps frames are served by Google and are subject to Google's own terms.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to erase it. Write to pankajinteriors818@gmail.com or call either counter and we will action it.
